By placing an order with Helens Cupcake Creations you agree to follow the following terms & conditions
1 – ORDERS
All orders are confirmed only after payment (or deposit if applicable) is received.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to fulfil it.
2 – PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in £ and are subject to change.
Payment must be made via Cash / Bank transfer / Online Payment.
Custom designs may cost extra depending on complexity.
3 – CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the collection/delivery date.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE once work has begun.
Refunds are not available for change of mind after collection or delivery.
4 – ALLERGIES & DIETRY REQUIREMENTS
Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy & other allergens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.
We CANNOT GUARANTEE a completely allergen-free environment.
5 – COLLECTIONS & DELIVERIES
Collecting times must be agreed upon in advance.
If delivery is offered, delivery fees may apply.
We are not responsible for damage once the cupcakes have been collected or delivered.
6 – STORAGE & CONSUMPTION
Cupcakes should be stored according to our instructions.
Best consumed within 3 days of collection.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper handling.
7 – DESIGN & CUSTOMER ORDERS
Colours & designs may vary slightly from reference images.
Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible.
8 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaints/issues must be reported within 24hrs of collection or delivery.
Photos may be required to address the issue.
9 – LIABILITY
HELENS CUPCAKE CREATIONS IS NOT LIABLE for any allergic reactions or misuse of the products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at anytime.
The terms in effect at the time of ordering will apply.
