Where are you based?
I’m based in Burntwood, Staffordshire. Local collections are available, and delivery may be possible depending on location please get in touch to discuss.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance where possible. For busy periods or large orders, more notice is appreciated. Last-minute availability may be limited.
Do you offer custom designs or colours?
Yes! I’m happy to customise colours and styles to suit your occasion. Just let me know your theme or inspiration when ordering.
What occasions are your cupcakes suitable for?
My floral cupcakes are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, baby showers, thank-you gifts, weddings, and more.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Please contact me before ordering to discuss any allergies or dietary requirements. While I do my best to accommodate, my kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts.
How should the cupcakes be stored?
Cupcakes should be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight. They are best enjoyed within 48 hours of collection.
